LIFE SCIENCE CENTER, Innsbruck
In the Innsbruck Life Science Center, industry-specific companies, research institutes and institutions work directly side by side on over 3,000m² of land. Synergy potentials can be exploited at technical, entrepreneurial and commercial level. The Life Science Center offers a perfect breeding ground for partnerships, interdisciplinary projects and increased cooperation between business and science.
Offices and laboratories are available to rent in a balanced ratio. The space on offer is tailored flexibly to the great variety of requirements that businesses have in the industry, making this an excellent environment for new start-ups and young companies.
The foyer offers an integrated bar area which is available to all tenants and can be used as an informal area for networking or holding events. A modern seminar hall seats up to 36 people, depending on the seating arrangement. Spaces in the underground car park can be rented, with 20 free spaces available for visitors.
The Life Science Center was designed, developed and built by the Prisma Group in collaboration with Competence Investment AG. The location networks of these particular companies (e.g. Campus Vienna Bio Center, Vienna Competence Center at the AKH [General Hospital]) also enable the tenants of the Life Science Center to gain easier access to information, knowledge and collaboration.
