assess your development project under patent law by
conducting searches into prior art and the technologies
of your competitors.

inventions in terms of patent law and
profitability

If you believe you have an invention we will help
you assess it from the point of view of patent law and
profitability. Searches as to the novelty, inventive
merit and market potential of your invention are
particularly important for deciding whether an
invention meets the requirements for the issue of a
patent (patentability of an invention) and whether it
is financially advisable to seek patent protection for
an invention (patent-worthiness of an invention).
